Auckland Palace Gardens
Auckland Palace is surrounded by 10-acres of beautifully landscaped historic gardens, originally designed for the Prince Bishops of Durham, including the restored 17th Century Walled Garden, tranquil Faith garden and untamed wilderness garden.
Now fully open to the public, the gardens can be enjoyed as part of Auckland Palace admission or as their own ticket for the day allowing greater flexibility to those not wanting to visit Auckland Palace and Faith Museum.
Important note:
Due to the topography, the Walled Garden is not accessible to individuals with mobility impairments.
