Mini Medieval Mayhem - Durham County Carers Support
Mini Medieval Mayhem – A Special Day for Carers and Families
Saturday 13th June, Auckland Palace & The Artists' Hub
10.30am - 3.30pm
Join us for a welcoming ‘Mini Medieval Mayhem’, created especially for those accessing support through Durham County Carers Support. This is a chance for carers and their families to spend time together and enjoy a day of medieval-themed activity at your own pace.
Across the day, you can take part in a range of hands-on experiences and creative crafts. There will be opportunities to explore, try something new, and simply enjoy time together in a supportive environment.
A highlight of the day will be a Walworth Birds of Prey experience at 12.30pm in the Arrivals Court at Auckland Palace. You can also find activity taking place in the Palace, and in The Artists’ Hub throughout the day.
A full programme will be available in The Artists’ Hub when you arrive, so you can plan your visit in a way that works for you.
This event is available by booking only and is open exclusively to those where at least one member of the family or party is registered with Durham County Carers Support.
Please note: Tickets must be booked using the name and address of the carer or volunteer registered with Durham County Carers Support. Each household can make one booking, with a maximum of 6 tickets. By booking, you consent to your name and address being shared with Durham County Carers Support to confirm eligibility.
If you’re not yet registered with Durham County Carers Support but are caring for someone in County Durham or Darlington, you’re very welcome to get in touch with them ahead of the event. Once registered, you’ll be able to access support and book onto the day - www.dccarers.org
